Introducing TV's Auto Expert Courtney Hansen

Courtney gets behind the wheel

To give the new brand a face that customers could connect with, we brought on Courtney Hansen. Courtney’s girl-next-door personality and credibility as the host of Spike TV’s PowerBlock, made her the perfect spokesperson for the new Endurance.

Driving sales in prime time

With Courtney aboard, we set out to create the first series of TV ads in the company’s history. We took a direct approach in the spots, explaining the benefits of Endurance while encouraging viewers to call in for a quote. It worked; every time the ads air, calls spike.

A simple explanation

Car repairs are complicated, but vehicle protection plans shouldn’t be. We took a direct approach to messaging for the Endurance website and digital campaigns, and made clear the differences between Endurance and auto insurance – a point of confusion for customers. It was final piece of a complete brand overhaul that got Endurance ready for the road ahead.
